The Commission process usually takes 6-8 weeks and begins with a photo that I take,

or you can provide one that captures the essence of the place, person or pet. Either a digital file like a jpeg or hard copy is fine. Once we agree on the photo image, I begin the creative process of rendering the individually drawn and colored shapes that I layer together to create the artwork. I will then send a first test via email jpeg attachment. At this point you can suggest changes that I will complete and then send revise back to you via email. Usually there are 2 edit rounds before final approval, at which time we can talk about matting and framing. 

  I generally suggest a grey, beige or white mat with a solid black, cherry wood or Tudor/Oak wood frame. For a 12" x 18" print, matted to 18" x 24" amd framed with any of the suggested frames is $500.00 that includes delivery (St. Louis Metro) and taxes.
